What behavior do I condemn privately but tolerate publicly?

Language Test → Are you softening violations with nuance?
Proximity Test → Are you protecting optics instead of solving problems?
Enforcement Test → Would consequences be immediate, or discussed later?
Comfort Test → Are you lowering risk, or lowering your heart rate?

Norm Bending → Restore visible boundaries
Selective Enforcement → Rebuild trust in fairness

Life Support → Stabilize system survival

History does not remember restraint.
