This quarter, you will produce your own Executive Playbook, a customized, 12-section "Command Center" that documents exactly how your business wins, scales, and survives.

Each week, we spend 15 minutes installing a new "Tab":

  • Phase 1: The Foundation (North Star, Values, Ideal Customer)
  • Phase 2: The Mechanics (Economic Engine, Quality Pillars, Market Intel)
  • Phase 3: The Engine (Talent Bar, Operational Rhythm, Feedback Loops)
